Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because our items are custom-printed and may be specific to a campaign, Justice Merch accepts returns for exchanges and/or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused and with tags.

To start a return, submit a Return Claim here [insert link to a form]. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be forfeited.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where the return is the result of our error (damaged or defective item).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Justice Merch does not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for store credit in original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 15 days of receiving your order.
